Employees were friendly and asking if we need help. Not too crowded and merchandise off the floor. Employees were good at welcoming people.

Ordered online through our local store. It was delivered the next day by Door dash. I was shocked because I didn't realize that was how it would be delivered. My husband drove all the way to Shamrock, TX to deliver the shoes to our granddaughter for the first day of school. I never opened the box but when they were opened there were 2 completely different size, kind, and color shoes. Now she doesn't have her new shoes to start school and we have to wait to exchange them until we can get there and drive back to Amarillo for the exchange. Thanks Shoe Carnival

Wow! What a wonderful experience! The store was very clean & there were more than enough workers with smiling faces! They were having a sale today of half price clearance items. So I got 2 pair of sandals for $15! And a pair of black boots for $15! All of this was a rare find in today's world!!

Great got 4 pairs of shoes we really wanted for a great price. Clerk was helpful and friendly at checkout. These 2 pairs where the best find for each of us that are comfortable, fitting with most everything we wear and affordable. Awesome

Clean and organized, just wished they had more of a selection kids and adult shoes wide. But overall nice staff, when you find one.

This was my first time in this store. I have looked at the website many times but haven't ordered anything yet. I would rather go inside and try on shoes since different styles fit differently as far as sizing goes. They have a huge selection and great prices. I ended up buying 5 pairs of shoes at about $150 total. I will definitely go back again. Thanks Shoe Carnival!!

Had to make a return. Cashiers knew what to do and handled the transaction super. Great group of people work here. I do love my new Vans. I hope they get the new spring colors in soon.
